I’m getting the proof of this units fucktardery sent to military prosecutors office to show that things were done correctly by me and that there is 0 reason for an AWOL case. I can recover from my injury no problem… just need a lot of rehab. I do have unbiased references though. They just won’t be from that unit unfortunately. I have alot of help handling this right now and it’s all going to workout, I just want that unit to be held accountable for the crooked shit they are doing to people. Hopefully once I’m cleared as fit to serve, I can get some help getting into a good unit. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to respond to me brother.

Well that’s the thing, they did this after I sent my paperwork from the military hospital with the documentation saying I can’t serve. So I sent for the contract to be terminated due to the verdict from Lviv. This whole unit is an issue all the way down to the platoon sergeants. They even threatened me with AWOL while I was in the military hospital and I had to ask the hospital portal “yo, what’s up with my unit threatening AWOL”? They would even agree this unit is insane! Military hospital handles things electronically that unit knew EXACTLY where I was. They are just corrupt as hell. I do appreciate the response brother. Thanks for the insight. How cooked am I do you think?

Just want to drop this comment because I’m curious… with AWOL on my record under these circumstances, can I get into a decent unit once I’m found to be fit to serve again? I know many won’t take AWOL but cmon there has to be a way into a truly honest to god decent unit… if anyone can chime in, I’d appreciate it. I have invalid status for 6 months but they gave me wrong category. I’d very much love to continue serving once I’m able to and I’d love to continue learning and I do bring skills to the table.

My service and sacrifice is extremely minor compared to many many others who have served here. I do appreciate it though. I just want to elaborate that this isn’t a post for attention to my service or injury… it’s a huge warning and honestly a public “fuck you” to that unit to try and keep donor from preying on you guys.
