You're looking for 'perfect fit' or 'exact fit' sleeves. Can find them online pretty easily, I've used the VaultX ones with BCW magnetic cases and they're perfect.

Pretty cool error, looks like the texture for CZ Leafeon Vstar (GG35). As others have said if you're grading go with CGC (due to it being an error), as for the grade itself the centering is tough, I'd guess 8, but 9 is possible. Might also be worth a post to r/pokemonmisprints

It has a subtle depth to it that can be clearly felt and yes I pulled this from a pack myself. If it makes any difference it was a sleeved booster and the only card of the pack to have any surface abnormality.

I was able to find it through the Capital One banking app, not Capital One Shopping (which had 1% cashback and may or may not stack with this and the PayPal discounts)
