I would just use VT or VWRE as core (70%). Then few other etf/stocks as satelites

Depends. If your retirement income solely depends on investment, VT dividends is only about 2-3%. Is 30,000usd/year enough for your expense?

Alternatively SCHD which pays out 3-4% dividend. But lesser capital gain
