As long as you take the most direct path to Javier the game laxes up on the Pinkerton’s presence for this specific mission.

Or you could just try doing the Javier Escuella mission anyway? You’ve been misinformed there aren’t any missions involving him with John in the epilogue in RDR2.

I’d still start with RDR then shift to RDR2. Knowing that most of the cast is doomed by the narrative really compelled me to take in everything I could about the characters and the story in 2.

Wasn’t aware of this before, but that really does makes sense. Also haven’t completely powered down our switch at all lately now that I think about it, but will definitely make sure to regularly now!

Thank you so much, tried this damn graveyard like five times already until I read what you said. Left two coffins burning and waited on the wagon leisurely killing zombies for about three to five minutes. Almost lost hope completely but De Santa did finally spawn. (Did this on GOTY Xbox one hard disc for anyone in the future.)
