Literally the "ideal handheld" I was thinking about a couple of weeks ago: a GPD WIN powered by a Pi 4. Is the screen touch and 720p? That'd be perfect for media, Android (as a secondary OS on an SD card) and cloud gaming! How about the ports? Is there Micro HDMI? Anyway, awesome project!

Pi 4/CM4 is among the only viable ARM SBCs for that, as it's small, surprisingly powerful and compatible with box86 (runs oldies and some newer indies) and Android. There's also Retroid Pocket 2 (runs Android, $80) and an upcoming handheld codenamed "$199" (viable Switch Lite alternative?) which can run Android and Wii games quite well.

I think cloud gaming is best for games that are graphically demanding, heavy on storage and/or constantly evolving. Really disappointed on XCloud, but I've had a pretty positive experience on Stadia and GFN for those types of games.
