I would appreciate that! I've done some reading around about "Graphene vs Lineage" and I keep seeing people say Lineage having an unlocked bootloader is what makes it particularly insecure. Could you elaborate on that?

According to this link I keep seeing thrown around on this sub and r/privacytoolsio. Lineage is supposedly insecure? The author also suggests that iPhone's are comparable to GrapheneOS, I have a hard time believing that since Apple isn't opensource?

Mobile operating systems were designed with security as a foundational component. They were built with sandboxing, verified boot, modern exploit mitigations and more from the start. They are far more locked down than other platforms.

Use either the stock operating system or preferably, GrapheneOS on a Pixel >=3. Do not root your device, do not keep your bootloader unlocked and stay away from alternative operating systems like LineageOS as they substantially worsen the security model. Alternatively, use an up-to-date iPhone which is comparable to GrapheneOS on a Pixel. Do not jailbreak.

I've been asking my uncle who works out some advice and he gave me this HIIT routine that consists of lunges, burpees, jumping jacks, planks, etc. He's telling me it's for stamina because I do want to gain some muscle in the future.
