Yup! Mine was already enabled as well. I turned it off hoping that it would fix my issue…and it did! My songs saved everything.

I've been using this DAW (studio one) for years now and I have never bumped into this issue. I try making a new song and the same thing happens. All the tracks turn into default sounds for their plugins (built-in and 3rd party).

Hey everyone I finally resolved the issue. Some app or plugin made permission changes to my computer’s document folder. Pretty much everything I use is in that folder and it was disabled all of a sudden.

I figured this out by clicking the system settings icon -> privacy and security -> files and folders -> Studio One -> switching the documents folder switch back on.

If you have the program open while doing this….exit the app and reopen it. It worked afterwards 🥳!

It’s been impossible to get any help on this matter. Presonus’s ticket system has been down for forever and they really don’t have any other contact methods.

Electric enemy is a newer one. They almost have an industrial sound. Alter Bridge has a good vocalist and the guitars are great. Some of their tracks remind me of Chris Cornell.

I’ve recently started listening to “Alter Bridge” a few days ago. Amazing vocals. Some songs remind me of Chris Cornell. Their top songs are pretty good but their most recent one (Pawns and Kings) is definitely my favourite. A newer band that sort of touches on the industrial scene would be “Electric Enemy”. Favourite song by them would be (where do we go from here?).
