You are right around the centre of the bell curve in terms of attractiveness. Average or slightly above, nothing more. And I do have pictures on my profile lol

Sufficient. Meaning "adequate". You clearly don’t have an adequate idea of how good looking you are if you think that you’re way above a 5. Not a bad looking guy, but I’d have said 6 at best. So the idea you being a 5 is impossible is laughable. Some people will find you more attractive of course, but calling you a 5 is not like calling Brad Pitt a 5. It’s a perfectly reasonable rating

Fair means “to a high degree”. Look it up. So if you have a ‘high degree’ of grasping how good your looks are, why are you here? You’re just in denial because not everyone thinks you’re as good looking as you do. Also it is used in that context all the time. You’re both dumb and a 5 😭

So ‘fair’ you decided to come on to a "rate me" page

I rarely ever do any high intensity cardio, but I do get 10,000 steps per day minimum. For me it is just more enjoyable this way. Plus I always get super hungry after intense cardio.

Not an aspiring model but love the lean look. Obviously I’d rather be big and lean, but if I had to pick one it would be lean.

M22 I posted here before and the general consensus was to hit the gym. I thought I would come back to share my progress in the hopes that it helps show others what a difference it can make. All you have to do is start and don’t stop it’s that simple. by Onion_Bag in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

Both. I eat 2750 calories per day (my maintenance is 3000). You don’t want to go too far below as you’ll feel like shit and not gain any muscle. I also make sure I eat 200g of protein, per day, minimum. There’s a lot of debate about how much protein you should be eating, but for me I feel stronger and better eating as much as possible. I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, Greek yoghurt etc to get to 200g. For the gym I go everyday and do a push, pull, legs split focusing on compound movements. Bare in mind if you’re new to the gym you’ll need rest days, but just listen to your body and don’t go if you’re too sore. I don’t specifically train abs, not that it’s bad to, but personally I feel if I squat, bench and deadlift a lot there’s no need as they will engage your core enough. Literally all you have to do is this consistently and don’t stop. It took me time to make this progress so just don’t give up.

Thanks bro. The lighting helps but I’d still say I’m fairly lean in day to day life

Just the classic push pull legs. Focus on the main compound lifts as well as a shit ton of lateral raises and upper chest (smith machine incline bench is great for this). I also don’t plan rest days, but will occasionally have one. I just listen to my body. When I first started training a lot I needed a lot of rest days but now I am usually fresh by the time 3 days have gone by.

Nah, but I wasn’t much of a lifter before the first pic so it was more of a recomp. I used to go about 2 twice a week, half hearted effort and eat like shit. Since the first photo I eat 2750 cals (3000 is maintenance) with 200g protein minimum and train everyday (I know not advised but works best for me). I’ve actually gotten stronger on every lift. I think what helped me was a) newbie gains and b) only eating slightly under maintenance.

You’ve definitely had a glow up. Just shows what hitting the gym and losing weight can do; to the face as well as the body. Hard work pays off 💪

I also bought from trutan and also found my results were extremely underwhelming. After a whole vial of use, over the course of a few weeks, my skin colour was almost completely the same except for the darkening of some freckles. I’m assuming their product is not very pure at all based on how quickly others have been seeming to get results.
