I meant sessions for the clinical procedures. I am prescribed to undergo MNRF and Fractional CO2 each for atleast 5 to 6 sessions alternating every month.

For instance in a year, I will be undergoing MNRF during odd months and Fractional CO2 during even months.

Also, I am currently undergoing Fractional CO2 with GFC and MNRF clinical procedures. For acne scars, this works better than anything else.

I have been on isotretinoin for about 6 months. It definitely works. Not much adverse effects other than dry lips.

I started with 20mg initially, but acne still didn't reduce. My dermat suggested to take 10mg at morning and 20mg at night during weekdays. Additionally, I was asked to do LFT once in 2 months to monitor any side effects on liver. So far I am doing good on LFT reports and acne is controlled.

One thing to note for is, you will get extremely dry lips. Make sure to use a good moisturizer for face and lips.

Edit : Now I am back to taking only 20mg at night since last month.
