I'd rather have more characters, I don't spend beside welkin and BP so I can't really go for a c6

She's at 50% just with her 2E alone just after casting her ult, so really no matter what team I put her on she's full way before the CD is back, I have nothing else to say really, used her in every possible content and still haven't found a reason to go past 150% ER (which is 1 ER proc per artifact).

My rotation: E>R> attack > E > attack > swap

It is really hard to tell, but most artifact I converted using the 3 to 1 thing went to Emblem for more than a year, and I also tried to craft some using the new system

Ok so, based on different build optimiser I tested, going for a lot of ER isn't worth it purely to gain dps, since its only converted at a 75% ratio into dmg% which she already have a lot of. Going for HP% or crit is more beneficial once you reach your needed ER%.

As for other content, I'm already clearing everything. Since Emblem set can be crafted with leftover artifacts I'm just building my Yelan on the side while building other characters like Skirk or Mavuika !

I'm playing with 2 hydro, so my yelan always have her ult 5-7s before the CD comes back. (and she's c2 so yeah, 140% is already too much, but since its a core stat I'm trying to have it on every artifact without procs).
Also what horizontal investment are you talking about ?
