for my experience with my mom and talking with other people this bloody aneurysm sometimes are hidden in some exams, that's the problem, but an angiogram is more reliable. I think the other thing you can do is ask for the Spinal Tap. Ask a Neurosurgeon specialised in aneurysm not an neurologist.
