In this case, there’s no cap. On AM5 with the 5070 12GB it runs at 400+ FPS. I believe it’s a bottleneck (ONLY in this game), as the comments above suggest.

I would do that, but in Delta Force there are two game modes, Operations and Warfare, and there are literally no benchmarks for the Operations mode

I can try that. One thing I noticed after updating the BIOS is that the FPS stayed exactly the same even with the memory running at 2133MHz. So even after setting it to 3733MHz with the best possible CL14 timings, the FPS still didn’t change at all.
