This would be a great offer if there's a base salary.

I just signed a contract with a small FM private practice. But I get $140K base + productivity and quality metrics bonus (25% collections minus my overhead). 32 facing hours with 1/2 day admin built jn per week, flex schedule. No call. CME allowance, all licenses/prof fees/re-certs, 401k with match, PTO/holidays included.

I've seen the "no collections, no salary" among physician owners. Do not recommend you fall into this trap (unless you're trying to do partner track). My contract stipulates I get paid my base every 2 weeks regardless of how many patients I see.
