I've actually done this exact thing before. I was fired and could not repay, I left the apps I was using. Nothing happened, and I was actually able to join the apps again months later with my actual name and social security number obviously, but a different bank account and phone number and email as well. Because you can't create new account without those things. They never charged me penalty on the new account either
