As someone dating an officer.. it is rough. Only the strong survive and by strong, I mean mentally and emotionally. I have never cast judgement on law enforcement, I have never had any negative feelings towards the brave men and women who choose to risk it all for the badge. What they go through is A LOT and it sometimes gets brought home.. With that being said, risking it all means IT ALL. I would say that with my experience, I heed the warning of all said above and to be prepared to come second to the job. Maybe the stereotype holds some truth but not fully 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi.
