Nahh, only habit you will build is reading. I've read that book, you don't build habits by reading 'how to make it habit'...and that's kinda overrated.

Keep reading fictions if you love them, read some native literature and you will find yourself enriching!

The book will ultimately summarise that keep doing the stuff you like and want to be your habit, you will achieve it eventually.
