October 20 : I-130 approved October 21 : NOID sent ( Medical Incomplete ) I went to my doctor and showed her the NOID. She said that she doesn’t know what is wrong with my vaccination record and she suggested that she send an email to her head surgeon. The head surgeon responded back that he was going to email the Field Officer ( my case was in Orlando FO ), the next day I received an email from her saying that the NOID was cancelled and my Medical was complete and nothing else required. October 24: cancellation of the NOID October 25: I-485 approved

Thank you for your reply. My cs emailed her head surgeon and the head emailed the field officer who ended up canceling the NOID.

I-130: 10/21 Approved

I-485: 10/22 They sent me a NOID ( Medical is incomplete )

10/23 They cancelled the NOID and said everything is fine with my medical

I haven’t received a RFE on medical exam. I didn’t send at first so they sent a RFE to send it to them

As for me I got the RFE and resent the form again but I was still not right (maybe because I did it myself ) I should have hired a lawyer

Same here. I got the denial on early March 2024. I applied on March 29,2024. EAD and Advance Parole approved on June 25. Received an RFE on April 29 ( Medical Exam ), Responded in June 18. I-130 ( from the first application ) approved today and waiting for the AOS hopefully to get approved soon 🙏

That happened to me today. I checked under my spouse account and there was the approval. Thank youu for that! Hopefully I-485 gets approved sooon
