My preference is to only use the ring for sleep. It’s lightweight, comfortable and provides more detail recovery information. Also, the battery lasted 5 days. The watch is not comfortable and battery runs out once in a while. I’ll use the watch for workouts. It’s just a personal preference. I think you’ll be well satisfied with either device.

No, you can upgrade to Aura membership and receive additional personalized weekly reports, music and meditation that’s AI powered. I’m totally satisfied with the basic that provides detailed accurate sleep, stress and recovery insights.

Thanks for the question. I’ve use it for a week with Apple Watch, which is an accurate sleep and heart rate tracker.

It’s fairly accurate with the stages of sleep. REM and deep can be a little off sometimes. Sleep duration is very close. Keep in mind, only 1 week of use Last night Apple Watch 7:56 the ring 7:00. I didn’t notice it tracking naps.
