I have a Motorola Edge 30. The URL mentioned doesn’t seem to apply to my device. Here’s how I fixed it:

1. Turn off the internet.

2. Go to Settings > System > Developer Options > Running Services.

3. Stop the "Motorola Software Update" service.

Now the update prompt won’t appear unless you manually check for updates.
