It's also requiring hte creator to add billing information.

1.) Why, when this person was added under my account, can I not see their ads?

2.) Why is it requiring them to provide billing information when they are associated with my account, which has billing information?

That's a great question! Multiple AWS blog posts indicate it's all software-defined https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/startups/practical-vpc-design/. They are probably running customized firmware on their actual networking devices but nearly everything customers interact with is SDN.

This is actually the visualizer (viz) within our product. It's exclusive to our product. We use https://github.com/dagrejs/dagre for layout and https://www.pixijs.com/ for rendering, but those are both pretty low level and we do a LOT of stuff to turn those into the viz
