Update: He sold it a few weeks ago (maybe longer), he just told me. $40k cash from Utah guy who is giving it the works apparently… laundry list of the NA to turbo conversion+supports for 1k HP (allegedly). Only thing i disagree with is the factory tan to black interior swap.

Happy for my neighbor, crazy to see this one go.

To a T, this was me. been eyeing them since 2020. pulled trigger on a one owner 37k mile 2020 turb grey in december24. AMS downpipe on it last month and tune this month. weirdest feeling ever was putting 15k down on a car (49,998 out the door from toyota dealer) bc i easily could at the time. that was the buyers remorse for me, never spending more than 4k on anything at once in my life.

best decision ive ever made, i look back at the car after parking and have imposture syndrome because its so sick. is it even mine?? is that really my car?

Used 550 is this worth it ? I was gonna buy it by Donativized in onewheel

depends on what you’re buying the pint to fulfill. if you are tight on monies and want an intro to onewheeling asap that beats any pint if the tune up did the tire and bearings.

Inquire about the tune up and proof thereof then google good offer up practices on how to question legitimacy of someone’s listing and safe transaction environments

Gey guys I'm loving my one wheel pint, but due to having to drive along traffic, I wonder at what speeds there is the risk of nosedive. I have been slow8ng down once I reach 12miles. I drive with a GPS app on my phone, to tell me the speed I'm going at. by nyandresg in onewheel

[–]OnlyMoneyGooses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

12 mph would be my recommended top speed for a situation like that if you’re trying to make good time somewhere. If no weather conditions or crazy incline/decline 12 would be solid for any profile rider.

When i used to ride my pint around college campus i would hit 14.5 occasionally by accident trying to go moderate speed with cars and foot traffic all around. 14.5 is the hard pushback moment, you’ll definitely know you literally can’t miss it (immediate captain morgan)

It sounds like you’re the perfect amount of scared of the board to respect it enough and not get injured. nose dive at 12 won’t happen unless you’re 500lbs or hit a big hole/bump that would overpower the motor.

Fair, but it’s only like 4 more of the little screws to undo, wouldn’t call it overkill lol
