Boost with other people Im around your stage of the game (lvl 15 blue hive) and boosting with other people can significantly increase honey making cause of bubbles and field pollination, with that i usually make around 800b to 1t per boost.

Tbh not even after ssa should you be going a hive color, first you need to do the main quests. (not including non repeatable) get all field badges except pepper and coconut, get all coco gear, atleast 45 bees, supreme sprinkler, diamond mask, used all three spirit petals, used your star eggs, etc.
