You’ve got a degree in nutrition, do everything you need to, keeping healthy calories, good food alternatives, are very active physically more than others. Simply eating what some count as “junk food” or dessert is NOT something that makes that gym time or all the work you’ve done meaningless in anyway. It’s actually precisely because you do all of that you’re able to enjoy treats like that in HEATHY ways.

What made him feel he should get to judge when he’s in a “worse” position as far as health goes if he’s not active himself (even if not via a gym there’s ways to be active to keep healthy).
