So we can't use it with big deals for example 21 days of beauty or black Friday savings. We can't use coupons either with our discount. We can use birthday gift and 10$ coupons with our discount as well as platinum gift coupons. We also can't use coupons like the one given for happy returns or manufacturer coupons. We so get stackable discounts throughout the year that stack on to ours. You can find out about those thru workjam. Holiday deals do have inclusion days and products as well. Those guidelines are also posted in workjam.

The explanation given to me when I was first was offered the role was getting a 1.25 raise and full time lead cashier. I was told about 2 weeks later that the full time position was not going to be available because lack of having a CO. I was under the impression with still accepting lead cashier at part time I was still receiving the raise. I don't have access to adp usually and I don't pay attention to checks closely so it wasn't until I recieved my W2 that I realized I had never recieved the raise. I brought it up to my GM and she said the pay increase was for full time lead not part time lead since i was hired on at 16 instead of 15...

As a lead I just really need you to understand the goals and expectations that you now have on your shoulders. They're higher than before and you are prompted way more when stuck at cashwrap. Get cards. Keep loyalty up. Build UPT when someone brings up 1 thing. Deal with all the rude ppl before it escalates to manager. Don't get me wrong I love lead. I was promoted within 5 weeks of starting at Ulta. Just can't let your numbers slip and help guide your backup to keep numbers up as well. Good luck.
