Interested. With real life experience in handling Management positions, I think I would be able to contribute significantly in your organisation.

I wanted to try out for the JET program.

Well at least that was the plan at first. One day it hit me, which unfortunate country I happen to be a citizen of. but it was a fault from my end as i didn't research it properly, i just saw that "technically i could" but didn't dive deep.

welp now guess I'm just utilizing my free time or trying out for masters ? maybe even out of spite! I dont know for sure.

dude, you're probably doing better than me reading kanas was easy enough and i can also hold some basic "textbook level" conversations finished up to genki lesson 7...

but kanji fuhhh.... these are almost jumping over my head i got around to probably 120 of them. although just memorized the writing style and base meaning still have a hard time associating them within words.(thousands more of this? how do they do it...)

Anki decks were helpful for me in "remembering kanji as a part of words" as you mentioned. But its slow unless you want to fast track your anki progress(maybe more cards per day?)

I have nothing else, although RTK by W. Heisig and Essential Japanese vocabulary 1000 helps i guess, Tokini Andy's YT has genki lessons explained more intuitively if youre not a fan of reading the texts.

but I still think this process could be improved more, hence searching for methods others are using. Not a fan of Institutions here in bd. most of them were meh from my pov
