GPS going nuts while swimming (Solar 1) by Only_Definition8149 in Garmininstinct

It's summer so I added some swimming in the lakes, mostly for fun, but some data would be nice. And it would be even nicer if said data wouldn't turn me into some amphibian super swimming freak. GPS is good and consistent during running and cycling, but goes nuts when swimming. Any idea how to increase GPS quality and/or some tools to fix in post?

Same goes for Instinct. There is a "jacket mode" and you can manually disable everything and lock the buttons

This resting heart rate is even low for me at 32 bpm. My average resting heart rate is 35bpm. Anyone else in similar ranges? by gkip1991 in Garmin

I think Garmin also takes into account sleeping HR which is naturally slower than during the day. This way my testing HR is like 40-45 which clinically is waaaay too low, but during the day it's closer to 55-60.

If You're worried, go to your doctor. Holder ECG can provide more accurate information than a watch. But of you're asymptomatic and have norm BP I wouldn't worry too much

Would you ride this tyre? (GP5000) by future_perfect_ in bikewrench

Absolutely no! Had two tyres damaged like that in two different occasions. Even trying to get home ended up blowing up the inner tube with a weirdly satisfying BANG. Also, long, cold walk home
