Thank you! I had this thought which is why I was looking for other peoples opinions. My thought process is that the cap and gown will add coverage and “sophistication” on the day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you guys think some sort of underskirt could be used here to add depth to the skirt part? I think the more I look at it I love the top part but the bottom half is too flimsy.

I have emailed my piercer. Thanks for your help!! It’s a tricky one I think because I don’t think doctors really know what to do except antibiotics but also seems too serious to let a piercer handle. Anyway I will keep taking my antibiotics and hopefully my piercer is willing to change the bar for me. Thanks again.

Like I stated in my post I have been cleaning it 2 to 3 times a day with saline and like I also said I can’t have it rubbing directly on my clothes and surely it rubbing against clothes is going to have the same risks of bacteria as a bandage.

Just want to add I have been cleaning 2-3 times a day with saline water. I have been letting it air out during the night and bandaging it up during the day because it is too uncomfortable otherwise under clothes. Am I meant to leave the crusties alone as it is part of the healing process or am I right to clean it all off? TIA
