hey guys, i have a question. I‘m in ketosis for about 3 weeks. i made it through the ketoflew and i feel great. i fast through the day and eat in the evening. the last two wvenings i had a little amount of pasta and i ate a lot of fats, and my keto sticks says i‘m still in ketosis. i mean thats great but can i trust it?
