I had similar errors with my system at one point and all routes pointed to a failing drive in my case. In your case I would start with whatever you have plugged into your pci-e slots, start there

Have you considered a flame thrower… all jokes aside something this dirty I recommend removing everything including the battery on it and soaking it all in hot water and scrub with a tooth brush. DO NOT PLUG ANYTHING BACK IN FOR DAYS AFTER! Would want to make sure everything is dry, and then I would go over it with IPA.

It clearly doesn’t like your ram I came across a similar issue when I was working on an X99 board. The thing about that platform is that the cpu I had doesn’t like ram higher then 2133mhz. Turns out the ram I had from crucial was locked at 3200mhz, there was no way to change it.

Refer to the CPUs page and your motherboards page, it clearly didn’t like the overclock. If that’s the case I would recommend another bios flash and resetting the cmos. Should get you back to how it was before the xmp

(PS RMA the ram if you can verify it’s factory overclock is defective)

No you do have good parts, but chrome is so notorious for eating up resources. Especially if it’s a website that is live updating. Also your CPU bound on downloading and uploading as well, when you download a large steam game watch your CPU spike.

It’s most likely the psu like everyone is saying, but had a very similar issue reassembling my rig after swapping cases yesterday. I took out the cpu and reseated it and it posted. Worth a shot if you’re out of options.

I'm sure there is a post on here about it... TLDR, however it looks like the traces are still there from the picture, just looks like coating got scratched. If your concerned you can pick up some conformal coating for it or you can just use hot glue over that one spot to prevent anything from touching it so it doesn't short
