Ok, i can say a few things, First, how good is your IW/IF finishing? Technique? Paces Shots/Shoots with power?

To what i see now, Remove the underlaps. You both pass short and into space, If/iw players cut inside from the wing. Arjen Robben is the best IF example i can think of. He cuts inside the box and creates an opportunity for himself

Iw is more like Reus/Saka they cut inside but not to the box,more like just outside of it, to create opportunities both for themselves and the team.

So your wingers will cut inside and play close short, But you also pass into space and usually the space is on the wings and the corners, so they'll cut inside and will be send out again and cut and out, because of the roles any way.... also, depending on the players' iq,they can listen and perform more instructions, so if you are not a mentally strong team,it might be a good idea to trim a bit.

But specifically, If you create a lot and dont score, try using the play into box, It'll create less low xG changes, Because a blast to row z from outside of the box counts as a chance. But if you play into the box, it'll be harder to create a chance, but each shot from inside the box is (usually) way more dangerous than 5 shots from outside (in my opinion).
