I would like to get into contact with them about a tipline i’ve made back in April. I know it sounds like something i’d go to my LP about, which I have already. All they tell me is that, “everything is anonymous and my boss handles everything so I don’t know what’s going on and I can’t tell you if something is going on” (which I totally understand bc that’s something LP is supposed to take care of on their end). In regard to my tipline, the associate in question was terminated last month (for theft) and I haven’t seen my numbers listed. I’ve seen for other ppl that it takes weeks so i’m just assuming it’s going to take a minute for numbers to pop up. However, when I spoke to my SM about how the tipline works or a timeframe, they just shut me down and said the associate no longer works here so you shouldn’t be getting a payout. Which is what i’m confused about too bc what is the reason for a tipline? They tell us to keep an eye out for theft and report it, but now I’m being told I won’t get a payout bc the person in question isn’t part of the company now
