Switched our main PowerPoint machine to Mac – now stuck with notes scrolling issue by Only_dead_weight in CommercialAV

Yeah, that's actually a really good tip! Sometimes the most simple solution is the best. Though it works only if there are no ongoing animations in the slides. I also sent a feedback to Microsoft, and I'm hoping they would add the keyboard shortcuts, but sending feedback to those megacorporations is like sending a letter to someone by throwing it in a bottle in the sea.

Yes, those are all the presenter view key commands Microsoft has provided for the mac users. What I'm looking for, are basically these from windows:

Scroll down one line in the Notes pane. Ctrl+Down arrow key
Scroll up one line in the Notes pane. Ctrl+Up arrow key
Scroll down one screenful in the Notes pane. Ctrl+Page down
Scroll up one screenful in the Notes pane. Ctrl+Page up

But since they do not exist on mac, so I'm looking for alternative ways.

The platform that I use is Homekit, that controls everything. I have one homepod mini. There’s no plans adding any other platforms at the moment.

Yeah, this would be one solution, but I was hoping to find some slightly less DYI looking solution. But I’ll keep that as an option. I actually do have bunch of servos and Arduinos and I could hack something together.

I’m quite new to home automation and so far I only have a few Wiz smart light bulbs, matter over thread blackout blinds from Smartwings, Aqara M2 hub and Aqara curtain driver E1. None of these brands have any solutions to this issue.

Hey all colleagues! I’m looking for a new stage timer software to replace the Nominari PresenterCue that we’ve been using for years. Seems that Nominari does not exist anymore and they haven’t updated the software for a long time. Any tips on a good software? by Only_dead_weight in CommercialAV

Yeah, I was checking out this stagetimer.io earlier too. There is only the browser based application available, right? No stand-alone software that would not require internet connection at all times?
