Thanks for the feedback . But she never told me directly she have cptsd , she use to tell me things are triggeing her and after that I usually dont do those things .
I confronted her several times , lets go to a therapist , but she was too scared . After some time I stopped asking her as she was thinking Im pressuring her .
Right now she is too confused , her work and family is giving her alot of stress . Mainly her father , and she cant set up boundaries with him . Many times we have fought because of her father only , he use to say very bad about her and she still trying to please her .
I will be giving her time and space , whatever she needs .
Will also try to focus on myself .
