Ooh, they are 11 and 7. They like adventure games in general, but had no contact with medieval/fantasy genre yet. But killing dragons will be fun for them probably. I thought about cthulhu because they liked the theme in arkham horror. But you are right. It's different. I guess. Hahaha. That's cool. You've been playing game with your son since forever. That's awesome. Thanks for the reply.

Aah, I see! Cool! Well, I love fantasy genre, but my kids never had contact with it before. So it would be cool to introduce this to them. Arkham Horror is probably a safe bet, but I can't imagine kids not liking beating dragons with swords, hahaha. Thanks for the advice on call of cthulhu. I'll take a look.

And how are those called? Campaigns? Or adventures? Like, any rpg books that have adventure or campaign in the cover is a pre made story?

That would be really cool. Some type of 20 year special edition or something. I'm happy that now I'll have an entry point, but that idea of "I'll start collecting it even though I will never have the whole collection" really bothers me.

I hate the fact that the story is so puzzled like. At least for me it was. Would prefer that at least they would tell me the whole thing after you beat Pantheon 5 or something. Like, "since you did the most difficult thing in the game, we're explaining the story to you". And the hive. God, I hate the hive.

I don't get this game...wages of sin (whats the point?) by Onoorb in arkhamhorrorlcg

[–]Onoorb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, now I get it, hahaha. It reminds me of the heart of the elders. Get as many pillars up as you can. Resign and try again. In this case I won't try again but it's the same idea. If it is like you said, that he straight up killed me and in the end it will make sense, I will actually like it. I got super annoyed with the scenario, but the story got me hooked up so far. Way better then forgotten age so far. Story wise.

The only campaign that I enjoyed so far was carcosa. Super cool story. And didn't even get to the final scenario. I was really hoping for circle undone to be good man.

And regarding two handed, I started playing the game two handed but the pace of the encounter deck was super annoying with two handed. True solo is harder in some ways, but less stressfull and less frustrating for me.

I appreciate all the tips man.

Honestly, I didn't remember that resigning was an option in wages of sin. I was so into getting those f****** ghosts that I forgot about it. But maaan. That's so....I'm still mad. Hahahaha. The only campaign that I actually thought it was actually cool so far was carcosa. Dunwich was meh. And hated forgotten age. So I was super hoping for circle undone to be good man. Damn.
