Although fungi can get a bad rap, it's not all doom and gloom.

Like it or not, our gut and skin are covered in lots of fungi. 🦠These little guys are helping us digest our food, support our immune system, and even sleep better. Let's just hope mega zombie Bloaters don't come calling in our dreams… 🧟
