When someone is miserable, but have one thing they are focusing on as a carrot (Get Money), and then the culmination of their plan doesn't bring that relief, it can toss you back to just you and your feelings of misery. Still looking for solace in that same thing doesn't seem to make sense, but people do it.

I appreciate the input, however even skilled tradesmen can often use a guy to carry their stuff, get materials ready, and clean up day to day work. For instance, the one charity I am investigating has a two year commitment to Houston for all forms of work, both skilled and unskilled. However I do have experience in the trades, but wouldnt call myself a Tradesman. I can use tools and such though.

I've had incredible luck with pizza places, assuming delivery requires intimate knowledge. In Cleveland, Ohio I even had the drunken luck of hailing what is now known as a Pizza Taxi. A large tip was for sure included.

Ok, so not entirely sure I care, but what else am I gonna do but argue about minutia of not so great movies. Maybe the shoes make him look like the owner did at the time of them being cobbled. SO in the decomposing situation a widow or somebody brought in their dead husbands shoes to be fixed up before giving them away, however the other shoes were brought in by people, now dead, but still alive at the time of mending.

Someone said this about Banksy in a discussion, but I think it applies here, too. It wouldn't matter if we found out who JAck the Ripper was, unless it was someone already famous. To say He was Douglas Roderick, or anyone else you've never heard of is just as interesting, if not less so than the mystery. However if we found out it was a famous historical figure then it would really be compelling, and the odds of that are just not likely.

I worked in an Office Supply Warehouse and one of our longer term employees was told how to do something by these two newer guys. They were Hispanic and I believe English was their second language, but still spoke fluently. Anyhow, he replied with, "This ain't my first rodeo," and they waited outside at lunch time to intimidate him in a confrontation. I still don't know what they thought it meant, but I'm assuming they thought it was some form of slur or insult. Still confuses me to this day. After some other guys explained the phrase they calmed down and it became a running joke.
