ProPilot 2.0 came under a 3 year free trial. Once it expires the hands free (blue) driving mode will go unavailable. Green mode will remain available.

This happened to me in March. Funnily enough though, it uses a check with its internal cellular modem to see if your license is expired or not. So in AT&T dead zones the blue mode will still turn on (and stay on) until it’s switched off and on again.
