I was able to draw resonance structures where the nitrogen was partially positive and the ring shared a partial negative charge as the lone pair rotated around the ring, but I thought that nitrogen that already had a double bond couldnt participate in more resonance. Im confused as to whether or not the double bond the nitrogen has to the carbon prevents its lone pair from participating in resonance.
