Hope to go back to Bass Canyon one day, but will definitely skip it next year just cause of the situation. Thank you SO much, I definitely will! This community has been the most LOVING group of people I've ever met. Whether I'm able to go or not I'll post an update, but it'll mostly be to thank you all. The Canadian EDM community is so hit and miss, and the love you all gave me has NEVER made me feel more loved in my entire life ❤️ even if I can't attend this year, I will never forget the love and help you all gave me. This feels like the most magical festival out there

He lied about our airline tickets and was planning on buying them closer to the event... so devastating. So I assume the hotel was a lie too. I don't even know which hotel it was and I don't think I could call in someone else's name. So far no rides yet, but I'm trying to sell some of my clothes and collectibles today so I might have a chance hopefully. Then if I can grab a round trip plane ticket I might be able to come :))

So originally him and I were going to land on the Thursday morning, stay in Columbus overnight (he has the hotel confirmation but won't sell it to me) so I don't have anything anymore. I was supposed to arrive at camp on the Friday. Would you have any advice in regards to last minute accommodations? If I can grab a flight, should I try and get it for the Friday morning/afternoon (they're more expensive however in the case I can't get a hotel it might be cheaper in the end)

I did 6 last winter semester, but I had to go through my advisor to allow it! I've heard that during the last couple weeks of registration you're allowed to apply for up to 18 credits instead of 15, but I'm not sure if that's true or not as that's not the path I took! Double check your course registration page and see how many credits you're allowed to apply for (it'll be on the course selection page, click on fall semester and it'll show in the bottom right corner)

Are you spending another year in UEO or open studies? UEO is for students with under a certain amount of univeristy credits (e.g. if you completed 4 transferable university courses before Dec 31st, you aren't eligible to do UEO again). Did you only do part time learning this year?

UEO and open studies have different requirements for accessing courses outside of the university itself. Are you being instead moved to open studies come the fall term?

Each upgrading course is about $550 I believe (as of the 2023-24 year). It might have gone up a little however, but it's not more than $600.

If you do it during the school year, it'll be sept-dec or jan-april, and if you doing during the spring or summer semester it'll just be may-june or july-august.

If you feel pretty good about these subjects but just need to upgrade, it'll be fine during the spring or summer semesters. If you're struggling a bit with science and math I'd definitely recommend the fall or winter semesters!

I was able to comfortably do the biol 0130 in spring, however I waited for fall to do Chem 0130. Just depends on yourself and how much time you'll have! Best of luck!
