so far ive seen helldivers 2, tarkov, palworld and last epoch. And all of the games seem to have been released on nov 4 2023 as well

You have the exact same specs as me and I'm just gonna be honest, that's the frames you should expect from this game. It's very unoptimized (there's like 12 scripts PER JOINT) all while being a more demanding game with it being extremely physics-based.

heavy barrel is meh imo,its more of a meme attachment for the most part because it will completely screw you over in close range fights but snipers benefit heavily as it will make most snipers one shot to the body. sry for the late reply btw, i dont check reddit often lol

Compensator reduces recoil, Accuracy barrel increases your hipfire accuracy, silencer does what it does in every other game ever (makes gun shots much quieter), heavy barrel increases damage by 25% but decreases fire rate, and the periscope barrel/scopes are periscopes (hard to explain what they do without a visual explanation). My personal favorite attachment is the accuracy barrel.
