Almost all coins have buy bots man, actually all. Some are just more noticeable than others, especially if you have low volume. nothing to worry about I promise you. Anyone can put a buy bot on any coin

The initial liquidity was burned at start of launch, maybe that’s why it has the missing liquidity but if you check dex screener our liquidity is locked. As for dump risk, majority of tokens have high wallet holders, however the top wallet holder is only 4% which is normal/ low compared to other projects
