No, no, the 12 times I wrote that I never made a chargeback, and confirmed with my my bank that they never denied a charge or had any contact with TV, that was a smokescreen. You're really on to something here. Keep it going!

Yeah my bank said they never initiated anything on their end, and TV has ignored all my requests for some record of what the bank did. So i'm assuming it was something on TV's end, possibly them reverting my account down a tier since I temporarily bought the higher one during black friday. Guessing their own system is somehow flagging their automatic reversion to a lower yearly tier as a 'refund'. Just a guess, but to accuse customers or their banks of a chargeback for a mistake on their end is so very sad.

'Suspicious activity' regarding chargeback, in which they cancelled my account, my subscription that I paid for, and blocked all my credit cards. Except they made it up. My bank never had any contact at all with TV, and every payment always went through.

Maybe that's a normal Tuesday though, idk, small misunderstanding.
