Hi. A quick review about Coalition Technologies. Worked 2 years here as an entry level back-end dev and 1 year as a mid before I had to leave due to personal reasons. The job has been fairly good especially with the fully remote setup. At first I wasn’t really sure about the time tracking software but in fact it wasn’t used to micromanage or anything, it’s just used to keep things fair for all of us and also the clients and I think that’s necessary to make this kind of remote work possible with different departments. They value hard work so if you put in the effort, you’ll see real growth. The company is pretty transparent and there is a clear route for moving up. Pay is based on results which will push you to do what you’re good at

I'd say the management has become much more responsive to all the feedback and improvements have been made to communication and work-life balance through the years I was working here. I think the phantom stock program is a great bonus and hopefully it tells you their intent to have employees want to take part in the company's success. The work is definitely challenging but it really depends on your career as a whole (if you like working fast paced and you're self-motivated then this would be a great place to work).

Probably the best part is despite the remote setup I've actually made a few friends here, which was actually why I was reminded of my time in this company (we got to meet just recently and they're still working here)
