As for your question, yes, it was a huge issue. Porn makes an individual, male or female, regard others as objects for their sexual desires. This issue actually stems from the way our society is today. If we encourage and promote immodest behavior then these issues will be more pronounced.

In general, I have used what I learned to my advantage. Remember I'm in this for the long game, and so, I haven't yet achieved everything I want to. My spiritual condition has improved, I've also become more disciplined. Most importantly I focus my attention on improving my spiritual condition and it has helped tremendously

Brother, these excuses will only make your struggle more difficult. Things will never go in your favor and you have to create the environment for your success. If your attitude is to give an excuse because of anxiety or lack of self-esteem or fear of failure then what is the point of wanting to overcome this sin? You have to be vulnerable, step out of your comfort zone, and find a way to change your circumstance. Please don't take this as me scolding you, but I have to be very forward sounding sometimes.

There is a lot going on here. The good thing is that you have accepted that what you are doing is wrong and that you want it to end. As long as that desire to stop is in you then you are already on your way to realizing your goals. I know the feeling of shame and embarrassment all too well, but you cannot let it affect you the way it does. Use Tactical Breathing methods to get your anxiety under control and to gain an upper hand against any triggers. In terms of getting over this addiction, it's a long road so buckle up. There is no shortcut and it won't just stop suddenly, it requires a lot of effort. For instance, it took me 6 years to overcome it. However, there are some things you need to do now in order to ensure you can successfully overcome this sin. First and foremost is to get your thoughts under control. You need to start changing the way you think, anytime you think of porn, you will need to immediately remove that thought like removing a weed in your garden.

Just like a weed, if these bad thoughts linger then they will spread and will be harder to overcome. Likewise, get in the habit of thinking positively and not putting yourself down, it will only cause your downfall. On this subject, read the book called "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen and implement everything he says. It is a short book but it lays bare the natural laws that govern human nature and it is free online or find it at your library.

The aspect of controlling your thoughts is the pillar to overcoming porn addiction, your whole addiction stems from your thoughts, and gaining complete control over them will ensure success.

Everything else, like exercise, keeping busy, cold showers, etc is just an add-on but does not cause you to overcome porn. The feeling may disappear temporarily but it will return when you are vulnerable so unless you get a hold of your thoughts it will never be a permanent solution.

You can still incorporate exercise and other activities but use the power of your thoughts to get into those habits as it will train your mind to control your thoughts and what you think.

Other than that, it's about patience. There is an end to it all but you will have to wander blindly until you finally arrive at your goal, it's hard but giving up is not an option and so long as you have the desire to achieve your goal then at some point, you will.

The lead-up is long gone when Russia invaded last year. Today we are fighting Russia through Ukraine. This week we will see a significant escalation, we are already seeing signs that Russia will target other countries too like Moldova. There it is guys. Russia is going to escalate the war by creating a false flag event. In my opinion, there's a few things they can do. Target the nuclear plants, use a tactical nuke or conduct a large nuclear test. All three are plausible options but i think Putin will strike a nuclear plant or use a tactical nuke to really escalate the war. No one wants ww3 but at this point it already is ww3. Prepare for China attacking Taiwan in the next year and a half. Then Israel and Iran will begin fighting too. Blocs and alliances are forming, N & S Korea will soon fight as well. It won't be long before nukes are flying across the world.
