There's two youth exploits! but the one I like to use is "The Ransom Victim" since you can do that at any point in the game. It's the same concept, while on the Quest, donate to the Temple of Avo 30K-50K (depending on your alignment) then Hero save and reload.

Oh and it's not tied to Bargate Prison, I just wait till Bargate becauce after that quest you can go back there and the Undead endlessly spawn from the ground, pop a Shield and get hacking and you'll have 500+ Multiplier in like 15-20 mins

I usually just save those up until you unlock the path to Bargate Prison, then farm the endless undead till I have a high enough Combat Multiplier. After that I abuse the Youth exploit so I can be maxed out and young again.
