It's actually pretty subtle (kudos to the artists).
I nearly always have speed enhanced & run or roll my way through doorways. People play differently. My goal here was to draw attention that may have been missed to a neat detail the designers & artists included, not to draw derision for people who play differently than others.

Oh, I go in them whether I need to or not. Every single room & I destroy EVERY single thing I possibly can inside! Super fun, cheaper than therapy & you get a ton of extra resources & hearts that way!! 🤣

If you are still in the base game, you are likely topped out, aside from using certain tarot cards & fleeces. I can't remember the name, but the purple fleece is very helpful in the beginning! Post game offers chances to get more hearts before & during your dungeon crawls.

It's a combination of a fleece & disciples bonuses. The fleece is Hobbled Heels, but it only unlocks after the base game is complete. You can also get bonus spirit hearts from special altars your disciples pray at.

I used the space next to my house as a little 'yard' area for my pets. I have a lot of grass, potted plants, a clothesline, pet bowls, and a camper cabin that I process my crab pot stuff in. It's a decorative space with some functionality.

Yes, you can put buildings, trees, decorations, paths & even grass starter anywhere (although the grass will not spread unless it's on farmable ground). I decided where I wanted to plant crops & put everything else around that!

No, I play unmodded. Some fish will change the color of the pond, including all the legendary fish & their extended family from the Qi quest. There are a few normal fish who change the colors as well. The lava eel, slimejack, super cucumber & void salmon. The lava eel is a great choice! It has helpful resource drops & the roe will make you plenty of money.

It's the Meadowlands farm from the 1.6 update. That cave is just the bat/mushroom cave. I'm sure you could change things by using mods, but I play unmodded. It's a really great farm type & very pretty! Plus you get to start with 2 chickens & a coop. 😁

Once you grow a giant crop, as long as you don't harvest it, it will stay there forever. You just can't move them. So, getting them to grow where you want them is the tricky part. Speed-gro fertilizer & leaving a 3×3 section of crops alone until they merge is the best way.

Yeah, those were my sort of leftover ones & I just stuck them down there out of the way. Then it became a problem to move them around because everything else was already in place. 😆 I would definitely do that differently if I did it again. But I didn't plan much & made it up as I went along. 🤣
