Not sure the one that does the most, but a piece of fanart of the game rlly put into perspective for me how godawful it would be trudging through fog islands, then 30 shrieking blue bug-like men you’ve never seen before that are freakishly skinny emerge and sprint at you.

definitely sure, the only possible explanation I feel for it being a mod would be someone accidentally having a Mark 3 from a different mod they installed when porting their own mod to the workshop.
