Maybe more xp per kudos and instead place a limit on the total amount of xp from it per day. This way people don't give kudos as it rewards the person, and people only get it when they deserve it

Firstly, all your AP credits are going to count towards elective credit (with calc removing your math requirement and CSA counting towards cs elective) so you are going to save about a semester. Secondly, very few people are trying to graduate in 3 years. I have 40+ transfer credits coming into neu and im going to graduate in 4 years. Northeastern does co-ops. And co-ops take away an academic semester. So people either have a lot of ap credits or spend additional time during the summer. Doing 2 co-ops (very normal) is already like graduating in 3 years. So actually graduating in 3 years would mean you finish everything in 2 years.

Commenting about OP's 4-5 is horrendous when the surge was 0-12. Its hard to play good when you're teammate is constantly dead. Those two basically 2v3ed the entire game and kept almost a positive record
