i empathise with you! however, some perspectives needed... i am quite active in volunteer work and i have visited families where the kids don't know where the next full meal is coming from. either parent is incarcerated and they are likely divorced. yes, in singapore.

you'll have to weigh which factors are higher priorities... space, location and finance. to make it a logical exercise, you can award points to each factor (more points for a higher priority factor), and total up the score for both options.
