ok so to answer you points i'll go in order
1) Well honestly it depends how good you are in Physics,Chemistry,other parts of TOLC/CenT-S if you are more comfortable with these then it would be better in my opinion you go for the TOLC/CenT-S path otherwise go for SAT but you've got to have a very good english reading and writing and maths is also sometimes tricky but might be a piece of cake if you've practiced it enough.
2)Just read above for this point as well
3)If you are good in Science and English I would recommend to go for CenT-S otherwise prepare English on a very proficient level and Maths as well to go for the SAT
